TERMS & CONDITIONS

In using any service at EDEN FILA, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:
Payments of Service(s)
The following are all acceptable methods of payment.

- Cash
- Visa Debit/Credit Card/American Express

Due to TGA regulations we are unable to publicly display price lists of services.
Treatment prices are based on individual requirements and will be discussed during the consultation appointment. Client is required to financially consent to the discussed service prior to proceeding with treatment.
Please see below section regarding consultation fees.
A payment surcharge of 0.85%  applies to all EFTPOS and Credit Card payments made in store and over the phone.
Booking Fees/Deposits
EDEN FILA requires a 50% deposit online, the remaining balance is payable in clinic. If deposit is not received prior to your appointment, EDEN FILA will not tentatively hold the booking. The amount paid in your Consultation Fee/deposit will be deducted from your total on the day.

All consultation fees are STRICTLY non-refundable.

Deposits that cannot be redeemed as intended will be transferred into in store credit and will accordingly have an expiration date.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refund of Service(s)
EDEN FILA reserves your appointments especially for you and so we request that you be courteous and respectful and contact EDEN FILA promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment.
Please read this section carefully before making a payment, either online,  via email, over the phone and in person.
If you need to reschedule ANY appointment during closed hours, please direct all communication via email only to bookings@edenfila.com, this way we have time stamp to work with. Please do not leave a voicemail.
“No Shows” for any appointments will result in loss of deposit.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refund of Service(s)
- Rescheduling strictly 3 business days or more before appointment

NO FEE

- Rescheduling within 3 business days of appointment

DEPOSIT FEE PAID FEE WILL BE FORFEITED

*Note: "business day" means:
For Services, any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public or bank holiday in the city that is the subject of the relevant booking. (Melbourne and NSW)

Cancellations at any time; EDEN FILA do not refund any service(s). Once you have paid a deposit,  you are committing to your appointment and the procedure. No refunds shall be offered for change of mind, where a service(s) is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

All requests for changes and rescheduling must be made via email, NOT via voicemail

Child Safety Policy / Guests
EDEN FILA hopes that you can understand we cannot assure their safety in clinic. EDEN FILA also does not want to compromise the quality of your service. EDEN FILA asks that you attend your appointment alone.

If you do require to bring a guest with you to the appointment, they are more than welcome to wait in the waiting room until the duration of your appointment is completed.
Reminder Service
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent out to you prior to your appointment.

EDEN FILA reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.

You will receive an email with a link to CANSAT (Psychological Assessment), which you are strongly encouraged to complete prior to your appointment.

EDEN FILA reserves the right to refuse service to any clients that are deemed mentally or physically unfit to proceed.
Running Late To Your Appointment
EDEN FILA requests that all clients come at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment.
If you are running late, please do let EDEN FILA know and EDEN FILA will do everything to try and accomodate, however, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. Being over 15 mins late may result in losing your booking fee.

Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times.
